I had taken the Hotel Receptionist and Opera V5 4 week course at Reception Academy in February. It was one of the best decisions I made!

Before even starting the course, Daniel, the Director of Training was already providing me with sound and practical advice.

I was fortunate enough to have been taught by him and two other trainers trainers, Ramin and Pierre. Their optimism, enthusiasm and passion for the Hotel Industry is portrayed exceptionally in the way they teach their classes. They are also supportive and make every effort to make sure that you understand what is being discussed in lesson.

The course is very insightful and informative. Not only that, their approach is clever yet constructive. I really liked the classroom environment as I got to meet and work with a handful of eclectic people that really added to the enjoyable experience of the course.

The job prospects for a Reception Academy student for this course are amazing. Even before the course finished and graduation, I had received interview requests. In under 10 days of finishing the course, I was able to secure a job with a flourishing and innovative hotel group.

If you haven't already enrolled and seeking to start a career in the Hotel Industry, I highly recommend taking this course!

A fantastic experience!!! I did the Reception Academy course in December and also i did the English Hospitality course. I had the best teachers and i really enjoy learning things completely new for me.
After 4 weeks i had total knowledge about how to operate at the reception desk. Only a few weeks after finish the course i got an interview at Andaz Liverpool Street hotel and now I am a receptionist!!!!
Thank you to all the teachers and the staff for everything. I encourage to everybody that want to start a career at the hospitality industry do the course of Reception Academy. My best invest ever!!

I have just successfully completed the course as Reservation Agent and I can say that there is no better choice in the training overview sector for those who want to enter the industry as highly qualified and recognized by recruiters, further confirmation of friends of mine who have suggested to me this course, founding a work placement after a very short time they have attended it; as proof of this, my classmates themselves started the first interviews already before terminating the course.
Apart being a great business card that offers many opportunoties of choice and career, the course is really useful, interesting and strictly aimed/oriented to learning by doing guests' needs in order to convert them easily in operative procedures for the Departments involved with the PMS Opera software. Moreover I found excellent the staff's teaching method, whose I really appreciated effort, commitment, enthusiasm and great passion for the work conducted.

Graduation for my 4 week receptionist course was just yesterday!

I enjoyed my time thoroughly and I did not even prioritize fun going into it. Learning within a small group of people and a knowledgeable teacher (dear Pierre) who brought enthusiasm to the classroom every day, while seeing myself improve made for a fantastic experience I’m actually sad to leave behind.

I do feel prepared now and can enter interviews with confidence. On graduation day we got to meet a bunch of big brand names and converse and I was pleased to hear from their previous experience with Reception Academy and that they do see value in this certificate and can tell we have a certain passion for and dedication to making a career in this field.

I cannot speak on my success yet as I’m just jumping into the job pool but I am hopeful and can only speak positively about the Academy and every member of their team!

This course is perfect if you want to start your career in the hotel industry! Attending the Hotel Receptionist & Opera V5 course at Reception Academy was definitely the best thing I have ever done, I am so glad that I did it! I could not fault the course in any way. All the staff were so lovely and are all so passionate about helping each individual pursue their careers in hospitality. My trainer, Ramin, was fantastic! He was so friendly and made the sessions very fun. All the trainers have a lot of experience in the hotel industry so they are very knowledgeable. There is a lot to learn but Ramin taught us so clearly and ensured everyone understood everything. Another great thing about the course is that you meet a lot of people who are also passionate about starting their careers in the hotel industry. I have met so many great people from many different countries. Reception Academy has contacts with so many amazing hotels. After graduating on the 29th Jan, I received many phone calls to attend interviews. Today I accepted a job in a hotel that I really liked. Without Reception Academy it would not have been possible!
